Toddler with ear infection, canker sore and lack of a good night's sleep + plane ride from Sac to Madison with a layover in Minneapolis + horrible turbulence = BEST PARENTING EVER!!!
No amount of junk food, barney watching, anything worked. So Kristen just held him and nurtured him through the fear and pain while I read about string theory.
My contribution was trying to show him how rolled-up play dough looks like a booger, but the flight attendent caught me and I was embarrassed.
